Welcoming a new baby is a joyful and exciting time, but it can also bring a lot of change for older siblings. As your Sibling Care Doula, I'm here to help your little ones feel seen, safe, and included during this big family transition.
During labor, I provide:
Engaging, age-appropriate activities to keep siblings happily occupied
Gentle emotional support & loving companionship to help siblings process feelings like excitement, curiosity, or jealousy, so parents can focus on birth and newborn without worry
Assistance with meals, snacks, and bedtime routines
Experienced childcare while families leave for hospital birthing or in-home support for home birthing families
