Birth Doula Services
As a birth doula, my role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to you throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum period.
I'm not a medical provider. I don't deliver babies or make clinical decisions, but I work with you and your partner to help you feel informed, confidant, and cared for.
Before Birth
I will meet with you to learn your preferences, talk through your birth plan, and help prepare you and your partner to know what to expect.
2 prenatal visits provide a chance for us to connect, prepare, and build trust before your baby's birth. These meetings are all about making sure you feel informed, confident, and supported as you approach labor.
Visit 1: Getting to know you & your birth vision
We'll discuss your hopes, preferences, and any concerns, and explore any previous birth experiences and how they shape your wishes now.
Visit 2: Comfort & coping skills for labor
We'll practice hands-on comfort measures (counterpressure, massage, positions), provide childbirth education, explore movement and positioning for progress and comfort during labor, and discuss partner roles and how your support team can work together.
During Labor
During labor, I stay by your side - whether that means offering comfort measures like massage, breathing techniques, and position changes, or simply being a steady, reassuring presence.
I also help you understand your options in-the-moment, so you can make choices that feel right for you.
After Birth
After birth, I can assist with immediate postpartum needs, such as initiating skin-to-skin contact, supporting early breastfeeding, and making sure you feel heard and respected during your recovery.

My goal is to create a calm, empowering environment where you feel safe, supported, and in control of your birth experience.
